It’s a simple answer; SOS tags are provided in pairs so that you can place one either side of your head and body. That way, if the worst happens, whilst one might be underneath you or hard to see, the other should be visible.
We advise you always clean the surface before applying the tags (use the little sachet provided), this helps the stickers stay stuck.
We recommend placing the tags on the left and the right side of your helmet. Although it’s really up to you - some of us have additional tags on our jackets, bikes, canoes or survival kit too.
