We don’t recommend the removal of tags unless it’s for disposal. We designed these to be fitted once and to stay in situ. Removal of tags can, in fact, cause the product to fail or to fail to reattach permanently.
Instead, leave the tags attached and simply login to temporarily replace your details with the wearer’s. Or you can choose to temporarily disable your tag, meaning if it’s triggered, we’ll send a response notifying you of this.
