It’s OK, we can sort it. As you go to login via the website or app, there’s a little link to help you recover or change a lost password. Just click onto the link to start things off. One thing though, you will need access to the email account you registered with, as that’s the only place we will send account recovery instructions or links to. If you can’t remember your any details (such as your email address password or security questions/data) details), it is going to be hard for us to help you as we need to verify you are the real customer account owner.
