The physical product will last indefinitely. The products are built to survive the toughest of use and the chips (unless broken) will always respond because they have no batteries nor need charging… it’s like magic.
Each product is bundled with its own service subscription baked-in for a free-period, which starts - and - remains active from the moment you activate your tag, until the end of the free-period offered. Once your included-subscription comes to an end, you can choose to pay a nominal annual fee to keep a tag active. We only charge this to cover ongoing costs, anticipating that most tags and protective equipment are likely to be out-of-date after a few years.
